 twSattr( attribute )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Converts a numeric DOS attribute to a Clipper color attribute,
     including intensity and blink bits.

       Arguments:

     Attribute - 'N' Attribute number from 0 to 255.

       Return:

     Clipper Color Attribute

       Example:

     twSattr( 78 ) --> "gr+/r"
