Downloading and installing

CR Software cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of your data or computer system that may occur while using programs

downloaded from this website.

Usage

You agree not to use a CR Software product in any way that (i) harms or harasses others, (ii) violates any laws, (iii) violates or infringes the rights of any third parties including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, rights of privacy or publicity or other proprietary right or (iv) interferes with or disrupts CR Software.

Modification

CR Software reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.  Any such changes will be posted at our website, currently at http://www.colsoft.co.uk .  Changes will become effective 10 days from the date they have been posted.  Your continued use of a CR Software product after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of all of the changes.  If you do not agree to any of the changes, your only remedy will be to stop using the CR Software product.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CR SOFTWARE AND ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER, FUNCTIONS, MATERIALS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE CR SOFTWARE WEBSITE OR RECEIVED OR MADE AVAILABLE FROM CR SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS.' CR SOFTWARE DOES NOT GIVE OUT WARRANTIES WITH THEIR PRODUCTS.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WILL CR SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A PRODUCT.  YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PROVISION WILL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT CR SOFTWARE IS GIVEN NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND THAT THIS PROVISION WILL APPLY TO ALL SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM CR SOFTWARE .
