Procedure to check
the Version:
· After having installed the modem, click on ‘Control Panel’ > ‘System’ > ‘Device Manager’.
· Select the modem device, i.e. MSP3880 56K Modem
· Click on ‘Driver’ > ‘Driver File Detail’ and you are able to see the file version: 2.13.08
· Win 9x /WinNT4 /Win2000
· This driver is certified by Microsoft

Plug the MSP3880 modem card into one of the PCI slot in the PC system. |

Windows will detect the modem after the system is turned On. The modem will be detected as ‘PCI Communication Device’. Click ‘Next’ to continue. |

Select ‘Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended)’ and click ‘Next’ to continue. |

Browse for the driver on your HDD. Click ‘Next’ to continue |

System will detect ‘MSP3880- 56K Modem Enumerator’, click ‘Next’ to continue. |

Installation ends up. Click ‘Finish’ to end installation. |
