The help menu contains an entry "Contact H&M's Customer Service" which prepares an email that already contains today's log files generated by StudioLine. In these log files StudioLine logs numerous internal work steps. Should an error occur, analyzing these log files will help us determine the source of the problem. Please chose this menu entry if StudioLine doesn't behave as expected and send us the created email, including a description of your problem.
