The commands on the View menu display or hide nonprinting charactersDisplay_nonprinting.tex, or change the magnificationMagnification.tex of the characters on the screen. Many of the View menu commands are toggles. The Invisibles command has a corresponding button on the Math toolbar:itbpF22.125pt23pt2ptnonprint.wmf.
