$\blacktriangleright$    To resize or crop a graphic from the Graphic Properties tab sheet

  1. Select the graphic.

  2. Choose Properties.

  3. Choose the Picture Properties tab sheet.

  4. In the Sizing area, select the sizing basis:

    1. Choose Original Size to use the graphic in the size it was imported.

    2. Choose Fit in Frame to scale the graphic to the frame size defined on the Frame tab sheet.

    3. Choose Custom to specify a size for the graphic.

    4. Click the Units arrow to choose a new unit of measure.

  5. Choose Maintain Aspect Ratio to keep the graphic in proportion as the size changes.

  6. In the Crop From area, enter the amount you want to crop from each side of the graphic.

  7. Set the size of the graphic:

    1. If you want to use a percentage of the original size, enter in the Scaling area the horizontal and vertical percentages you want to use.

    2. If you want to set the exact measurements, enter in the Size area the width and height values.

  8. Choose OK.
