The Settingsmodul: Memory

The memory-module decides the storage-consumption of an authority of the Movieplayers. In principle there are two of each other independent systems, that helps improve the pass-quality through RAM-use. To the one, parts of the Movies are already subpoenaed into the storage and consequently the access on the slower medium Festplatte/CD-ROM avoided. You fix the for this used storage area under Cache.

Pass-problems can even then originate, if the medium, from which the data are loaded, with the
optional access very slow is. To it, one must know, that many formats her/its/their data for the different

Media (here audio or video) mixed (interleaved) stores, what before - and disadvantages can have. Advantageous is, that directly one to a certain picture that

Sound-data receives. Negative is, that the data are dismembered for a medium and always consequently a faster medium
on the slower must wait.

If enough RAM is existing in the system, the sound can already be loaded completely for example however and does no more problems when playing of the Movies, since the pure Dekodiervorgang of the Audios is very much less critical as procuring of the data and consequently only the video-data must be loaded.

Under Interleave, you put in the minimal spacing, from which one audio - or video-component (Track) the Movies automatically completely is subpoenaed. If the spacing is too big between Tracks of different types namely, Aussetztern occurs quickly when playing. Here, you should experiment something, since the meaningful attitude depends this Paramters on your existing RAM and the Movies strongly.
