Print options

The print window contains several print options which are accessible from the pop-up menu at the top of the window.

All Records: will print all the records in the current document.

Some Records: allows you to define a range of records to print. The print range automatically fills in values to print only the new records entered since the previous print job. You can manually change the start and end record to be printed. The number of pages required will be automatically updated as you enter new values.

Search Results: This option will print the information returned after you search your account file. It is only available if the overview window is open and displaying search results. For more information about searching see the search section under the overview help topic.
