Exercise 5
Finding and Repairing Bad Links

There are Three Ways to Display Broken Links within Linkbot:

Method 1
Select Broken Links from the drop down list on the left and the Parent Links tab on the right. Each of the Parent URLs listed must be edited to repair the offending link.

Method 2
Select Pages Containing Broken Links from the drop down list on the left and the Child Links tab on the right. Edit each page shown in the left-hand window to repair the problem.

In this example, the page on the left must be edited to repair the bad URL shown in the Child Links tab. You can use Linkbot's internal editor or launch your own editor by pressing the edit button on the toolbar.

Method 3
Select All Links in the URL Tree and press the Bad Links filter from the toolbar.
