The Checkout Frame looks something

The Payment Methods Setup screen
is as follows:
This Screen is used to setup up the Payment
Methods that you want to make available to your customers:
The Fields are as Follows:

Title - This
is the caption used for the Payment Methods Selection list, In the Checkout
Frame Screen shot this is "Your Method
of Payment"
Payment Methods Definition Grid:
The Grid is Used to Define the Methods of payment that you want to
allow your customers to select from
The Fields are as Follows:

Name - This is
the Name of the Method

Use - This is
included so that you can choose not to use a defined field without having
to delete it
Things to Note:

Fields are displayed in the Frame file Selection List in the Order in which
they are shown in the Grid

Any Additional Fields that may be required such as Cardholder,
Expiry Date etc. Need to be defined in the Personal Details
