The Checkout Frame looks something

The Delivery Methods Setup screen
is as follows:
This Screen is used to setup up the Delivery
Methods that you want to make available to your customers:
The Fields are as Follows:

Title - This
is the caption used for the Delivery Methods Selection list, In the Checkout
Frame Screen shot this is "Method of Delivery"
Payment Methods Definition Grid:
The Grid is Used to Define the Methods of Delivery that you want to
allow your customers to select from
The Fields are as Follows:

Name - This is
the Name of the Method

Charge - This
is included to allow you to charge an additional amount for a particular
type of delivery. The Charge is added on top of any normal Ship & Handling
charges and is added to the Ship & Handling Costs Before Tax
is Calculated on S&H (Assuming you have selected to calculate tax on
S&H)

Use - This is
included so that you can choose not to use a defined field without having
to delete it
Things to Note:

Fields are displayed in the Frame file selection list in the Order in which
they are shown in the Grid
