Product

plugins were all created from scratch by Andrew Buckle (with the help of Adobe SDK for Illustrator)

plugins and related material have been developed and sold / licensed / etc on behalf of Abneil Software Ltd (a UK company). Any contact relating to the product should be sent to Abneil Software Ltd

plugins can be used on any single computer at any one time

plugins are to be used to create stunning wow images (ok, they can be used for other things as well)

plugins are not to be stored on a network where they can be used across a network by multiple people

plugins can be used to create logos but all trademarks etc must be checked by you. Abneil Software Ltd cannot be made liable for any use of an item or element of an item that has been used in the development or similarity with logos / designs created by others

plugins can be backed up. This is important. If you are purchasing the item as a download, the download link might cease after a certain number of days and you will not be able to re-activate the link, backing up the product to a CD (or multiple CDs) will mean if there are any problems or you need to re-install, you always have a backup CD for emergencies.

plugins cannot be copied to a CD / DVD / website or any other future means and sold as a collection or part of a collection (if you wish to do so and would like to setup licensing relating to this, please contact us). The items cannot be rented etc. If you wish to sell outright the single product to another, you are, of course, entitled to do this (in that case, please remove all copies on your own machines)

You will idemnify etc Abneil Software Ltd concerning any claims made against you on the basis of the product's use and you will pay any reasonable legal fees relating to such claims.

plugins and any copyright notices cannot be removed or modified.

plugins may (or may not) work with future versions of the host application, Abneil Software Ltd cannot be held liable for any changes to the host application that make the product unusable (formats change and this is totally out of our control, we have no contact whatsoever with the host company)

Any tutorials or screen shots used within the product or in the documentation are copyright of Abneil Software Ltd. If any host product is displayed (such as showing how to install the product or its use within the host), that host product screenshots are displayed with the kind permission of their owners

Abneil Software Ltd have no connection whatsoever with the owner's of the host application. Any trademarks and registered trademarks relating to that host product are owned by that company.

Lastly, we give a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use one (1) copy of the product and related notes. If you don't agree with the license, please contact us and let us know or grab the product and send it crashing to the ground and stomp on it for a bit (only kidding). It should be vapourized by a laser blast.

To the maximum amount permitted by any relevent laws, in no way shall Abneil Software Ltd or any of our reseller / seller / distributors / magazine / partnership or related be liable for any damages or costs and this includes the loss of profits, disruption to business, loss of information, loss of artwork, loss of anything else for that matter, from the use or inability to use or create using this product, even if we have been told of such likelihoods of such claims. As some areas of this beautiful blue and green planet do not allow for the removal or limitation on liability for damages, the above limits might not relate to you.
