Thanks for downloading ViRC '97, the best freeware IRC client around, with text, voice and video communication, and an advanced object-oriented scripting langauge that's comparable to C++.
Installation is simple. Just run INSTALL. You'll be prompted for a directory to put the ViRC '97 files in - c:\virc97 is recommended. After the files have been extracted, run VIRC97.EXE in that directory to start ViRC '97 up, and then just follow the on-screen instructions.
