SHREDDR.ZIP      8151  12-20-94  One of the obvious omissions from Windows 3.1
                               | is a wastebasket file remover that deletes
                               | files dragged over from File Manager. Windows
                               | wastebaskets are a dime a dozen, so Shredder
                               | offers one feature that others do not. In
                               | addition to deleting files dropped onto its
                               | icon, Shredder will optionally "wipe" files
                               | so the information in them can't be recovered
                               | if the files are undeleted.
