DUPCHECK UPLOAD PROCESSOR V1.11ß6 Searches if
file is on the bbs or if a newer version
exists. If it does, the user isn't allowed to
upload it. If it doesn't exists the file will
be scanned for a virus (THDPROscan) and the
FILE ID.DIZ will be extracted if exists else
it asks for a description. Last revision date
in archive: 01-11-95.
