Maintini v1.27: small DOS-based pgm which
lets you modify any kind of INI-files from
the DOS cmd line; create new section, add or
modify key & values; delete, comments,
uncomments keys and sections; global replace
of strings supported; supports Progman.Ini
and System.Ini, and allows you to use
environment variables; Maintgrp v1.02:
compiles/decompiles GRP-files into GRI-files,
which are similar to a normal INI-file and
